    I suppose so.

I recall the mud from last year, don't recall the rain situation. The day we went out was pretty sunny iirc, but we did run into some slick spots.

Ripped off all four mudflaps. Scratches all down both sides 6112’s up front on 3rd notch 5100’s in back with Toytech 1” block Skids & sliders from SOS Concepts I got rid of the 1” block and put on Wheelers 1 1/2” progressive AAL. SPC UCA. Be sure your standing on the drivers side when reading the instructions! I swapped sides so many times that I can swap UCA’s in 15 minutes. I put in the 3/4” spacer to eliminate the Taco Lean, and just got my 4th alignment. Traded the OEM rims for 17” Sport rims and a bora bora 1” spacer. I got my Firestone 285/70/17 MT2’s. Pelfreybilt gas tank skid and hi-lift jack should be here Friday. Looking at bumpers, but I think they will wait for next year. So far I’m happy with my build. I’ve done it all myself, leading to a lot of cussing and frustration, but it’s all mine.
Crap. My mud flaps have been ripped off. I’ll have to go around the puddles.

I don't think it had rained for a week or more when we went last year. The low and shaded spots will have a higher chance of water. At least it isn't LBL mud

Not at all ready. Or am I?
I'll mow and play with the bumper some more today, needs done and 100% bolted/secured much as possible. Might get around to wiring the bed lights some time this week too. Maybe, they've been mounted in the corners for easily 6 months and started to condense a bit :notsure:

Erl change due soon. Stupid orange lit letters flashing at me again. Meh, general maintenance. :bored:

Bigger thing is swapping the km2s from the new gen wheels to the old school steelies I painted and getting them balanced. Trashing the bald tires on the steels, near road slick status on those. And a re-balance on the Baja wheels n Grabbers.
This will get done, as usual, last minute on Thursday morning.
The lady friend could use new tires as well...in a bad way!

Fabbing an antenna bracket & getting the antenna cable ran will be the last minute thing I need to figure out. Mounting & wiring the CB will be easy enough I'll do that one night this week finally.

I think I have 11 or 12 days to get it done, right? :D

Waiting for my ABS wiring harness that I broke changing my UCA. It should be here tomorrow. It’ll be nice to have my A-TRAC and DAC back.

New location. Does not block tail light (looks like it but no...) great rounding of mount (steel bumper) reception much better. SWR down from 1.4/1.5 to 1.1/1.1

Be sure to get a good grounding location for the antenna mount.

Also, there should be a grommet underneath the driver side seat you can run the cable through. @Jibbs can verify

Now, all you need is a tennis ball on it so it won't smack the tail light and cap.

Correct. I also drive the car, though. And I kinda wanna keep her around a bit longer.

Oh, no! Not even close to that.
Best I offered, was to spend up to $100 on a set of used tires. It's legit dangerous!

Don't know if you saw the tread on those steel wheels I got at LBL from John, they're worse.

This is correct. I poked a hole in the carpet underneath my floor mat and ran the cable up through there
