Hey I I was looking at some videos and I cam across this.

If you skip forward to 6:55. Theres a pretty significant bolder blocking most of the road and a ways after that the road washes out to what looks like a little more that a single track.
That guy states that its about 30miles north on NF203 from turn off 288. But it would be cool to get back there to see the ruins.

 

Sorry not really on tw much anymore but unfortunately out so I can do some AZT camping the following weekend

 

I watched the video, I wonder if the boulder has been removed and if the wash outs are cleared.

Sounds like my other Thursday compadre is out, with a move to Friday morning.

I am still in and will be starting at the official starting point of the AZBDR down near Mexico Thursday morning at 9 am. Doubt anyone will join me at that time, but if so, send me a message here to share numbers.

I'm taking Thursday the 27th off, as well as Monday the 2nd of March for this trip. I'm good to go for a Thursday start as well for anyone wanting to meet up and get rolling.

I'll update the list in a few days for anyone wanting to do a Thursday start and a meet location. Do the same for anyone starting Friday or thinking they will have to meet up with the group Saturday. Either post up what you are doing or message me and I will update the information.

 

I should be able to come out Friday afternoon/evening. Where should I expect the group to be at that time?

 

Post 210 shares the Thursday morning start time and location (though not GPS coordinates). I'll be there.

 

I was planning on starting on Thursday.

 

I'm still in if i can meet the group in globe Saturday morning. Just need a time and a meeting point. If someone wants to shoot me a direct message or an email so i can plan for that i'm game

 

The other guys might give a better answer that are doing but on page 8 post 150 and 158 it looks like they will be in the middle of a trail

 

We'll get a list of cell numbers going this weekend so we can keep in touch with anyone looking to join up at a later time. Depending on cell service at the time of course.
