That sucks. I was really looking forward to this. The forestry office at LBL said that it's because of the ground moisture...which sounds like complete BS after seeing the pictures from last year. They said there's NOTHING in LBL that's rideable.

Yeah that ain't what he told us. He didn't say anything about the ground. He said the park is normally open 365 days of the year but they've had it closed for this eagle. We even offered to ride 20 trucks deep through the park and clear trails and cut up trees and he said he would take us up on the offer but doesnt want a chainsaw running and scare off the bird

Man...sucks. I found Wooly's Off Road just south of Nashville...but that's another hours drive for everyone. Has anyone ever been there?

So, with Turkey Bay closed, where the heck is everyone gonna meet and ride. Allmotorrex, I get to ask another question because of the Bald Eagle fiasco.

We are riding on the. 300 number roads they are like forest service roads that are used for fire breaks. Not a road just a path to take the trucks. We had to clear two huge trees already due to them blocking the roads. We are still camping at Neville bay at the boat dock area. Cell coverage is very spotty and internet is non existent for the most part. I am at camp baby sitting the fire( I don't like night wheeling) I can be reached at yo mammas house

Don't know which hotel Quaker is staying in but i know it is in Murray I know there is one in Paris about 7 miles from the camping spot called the knights inn. It is closer by about 30 miles but have no idea what it looks like inside.

Yes 14 miles south from the golden pond visitors center on the main road or 7 miles from the south entrance from Paris.

Just walked in the door now time to unload everything. Had to stop about 1/2 way and pressure wash my front end the temp was getting too hot. Was either me going 70 with the camper or clogged radiator. Looks like I will be pulling the grill and really getting it cleaned. Had a great time with everybody. Safe travels in that bad weather guys I was on the edge of it the whole way home.

Got home about 2 hours ago and had to start cleaning everything up. Some how my floorboard under my weather techs is soaked. Both sides. Guess when I splashed down water must haven't gotten in there or my cooler leaked. Either epic trip and can't wait till the next.

I had a blast. It's going to be funny to see all of my co workers reactions. It's still raining here so I'll let the rain help me out some before I wash my truck.
