Other projector finally came today, TRS took care of me. Painted and put back together. But seems Fedex lost my repair headlight so just sitting around waiting more



test mounted the solar panel

 

Torque specs for coil over and upper control arms

Upper control arm bolt 85lbs
Uniball 100 lbs
Bottom coil over bolt 100 lbs
Top 3 bolts 35 lbs
Hose mount 35 lbs

ended up removing the coil overs and taking them to a local shop to get a couple cranks back up

driver side was 24”
Passenger side was 25”

Trying to get them to 23.5 max

 

Took the spindles off to get gussets.


screwed up and snapped the bumpstop bolt inside the frame so been trying to figure the best way to fix that, think I’m just going to drop my LCA and lube the cam bolt shafts so they never seize while they’re out. Then extract it while the LCA is hanging.



bright note, got 3 of my wheels/tires mounted last 2 mounted tomorrow

Small updates

 

Coilovers, upper control arms, spindle gussets, allpro expo leafs, fox resi, and retrofit finally done. Eventful few days

 

Archive garage ubolt flip kit with air bump set up came in the mail Monday, so need to install air bumps and that in the rear.

Got the hood wrapped by a local installer today and smashes my pinch weld and epoxied it, gonna reinstall the fender liners and mold them tomorrow after the epoxy says

solar wired up, comet nmo mount on a frontrunner adapter so I can move it up and down

my dash set up. You can see the dual battery switch, the ham radio, the radio plug I added to the dash for the mic, added a switch for the Meso puddle pods up top, added a dash cam, ran a lighting cable to the driver side vent for my phone mount

Installed the molle panel behind the seat by docloco and got the solar controller mounted on it today.

installed the expedition essentials compressor mount and my compressor. Didn’t like the placement of the locker manifold so ended up redrilling some holes and mounted it this way

 

Haven’t updated in a while but def had some changes

bamf dual swing out with spare tire // gas cans // table // propane mount
flush mount s2s in the bumper for back up lights
