    that's the way to go. i never understood people who have access to fab shops or a garage with a welder and daily driver, yet they do the front first. i would love to all out build my rear first, but i have no idea when i'll have time to do that with the way i'm moving around right now. at least i can knock out the front in a weekend.

    i'm still undecided on the 2 vs 3.5 kits. the pluses and minuses of both for my purposes are dead even. easier to run 37s with the 3.5 though i guess :D

    You're gonna need to beat the bottom by the rubber plug in a bit more, and the body mount will need quite a bit more taken off. Have some RTV ready to fill where the firewall cracks.

    With 3 inches of lift and a 1 inch body lift would that make it a little easier? I'm really thinking about going to 35's and I plan on cutting and beating but would the extra inch of body lift help any with fitting them and rubbing with flex?

    It should, but the only problems people have with rubbing is on the frame and UCA...BL won't help that

    Oh ok, basically the right offset and going deep with the cab mount is really all you can do then right? Has anyone tried that cab mount relocate thing that one guy was trying to do?

    lift height won't help you clear the tires except at right height.as soon as your suspension starts moving, it doesn't matter what lift you have.

    I'm aware of that. I was wondering if the body lift would help as the suspension flexed.

    There is one spot on top toward the front that rubs on full compression. The body lift would eliminate that one spot.
