Yea I'm going to smear sealer all over the pinch welds and then spray rubberized undercoating on it when I'm done.

Did you guys have to beat the tops of the inner fender wells upward? My tires rub the shit out of the whole circumference above the tire, and smash them on hard bumps... I might have to move my battery and washer fluid container to make enough room. I didn't expect to have to tub just for 35s?

    yup...top and to the front...

i now just polish a bit up top on full compression, but it's smooth up there so it's not a big deal to me...i can fix that later with a bump spacer if i want to

I'd say get new bump stops if you're still using the stock ones, or make a spacer for them

Do any of you guys know how much I will have to cut if I put on glass up front or if I will even have to? Looking to cover the tires a bit more and want to get the fenders before I order a front bumper for obvious reasons.

i would imagine you'd still have to do the clearancing on the pinch weld area and cab mounts...unless you're going 2+ LT which will move the tires forward...

Not entirely sure yet. All I ever see is glassworks and their crappy customer service. Ill be looking around for vendor reviews before choosing a company. Do you have a preference?

they all kind of suck, my mcneil experience was good, except it took 2 sets of glass for it to be right in the rear, MCM fab likes them, glass works takes forever, fiberwerx only makes 6" flare which is too big for not being LT

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
McNeil seems to have the best customer service in the fiberglass business.
