Cut the fenders, make sure you pinch weld has met with a BFH and cmc to your hearts desire. Then go out and flex and see where you need to trim and cut more...

No, cutting should be the same. We do as much cutting to clear at full stuff lock to lock....so ride height shouldnt matter.

Yep. If you do the proper cutting to clear at full stuff, you should be able to run 35's with no lift at all.....

Finally got to take the new 35s wheeling this past weekend. I aways assumed that after running a larger 33, that a bump up to 35s wouldn't really change much........i was way wrong. it's a whole new experience with 35s. walked up stuff that locked trucks with 33s had to take a second shot at. was also the only one to follow the SAC 1st gen on 37s across the entire rock course. after the fender trimming, beating, and cab mount butchering, they tucked beautifully. couldn't be happier.

only downfall is that when you do get stuck, it's on much bigger obstacles, that are harder to get off of. ended up just dragging the first truck with my winch, so we had to hook up a second.

I have a couple questions about regearing. I know that I will more than likely go 4.56 and an ARB locker upfront when I make the switch to 35's.

Where do you guys buy from?
    What brands?

Call ECGS and ask them any and all the questions you have. I have 4.56 Nitro thick cut gears. There are other brands as well, but I am not sure which ones are the best. I spoke with Chase and he hooked me up. Great group of guys. They can mail you complete thirds to install and send them yours as cores...

    Excellent thank you.

edit::anonymous:...when you say complete thirds, does that mean you can just install it without having to have someone mesh the gears? ....what is a complete third (I am googling as we speak)
