The Taco box and FJ case will now be know as the cup holder delete mod. Compound low and twin stick vs. extra cup holder :notsure: ....

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
I'm glad you pointed out the downsides to this mod. I was thinking it would be nice to have (albeit in the more distant future), but I only have 11 cup holders and can't afford to lose one. This is why I love tacomaworld... honest reviews and solid mod advice/ideas.

Anyone manage to get all the extra sticks into a 2nd Gen auto without losing the cup holders? There's that spot where I keep my pens that I could do without

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
Lots of fiddling, thinking, and test fitting and you can get both sticks to fit in the coin slot in an auto truck. It has been done and I will be doing it to.

HAHAHA!! Nah, automatic Access Cab man. We only have 9. And those 4 on the doors suck! Leaves me with only 5 good ones. Now take away one AND the coin/pen slot next to the auto shifter, PFFT. Forget about it!

The taco box would come up in that coin slot and I believe the twin sticks behind that actually come up under the shifter. Cup holder seems to be the logical location. From talking to Wyatt and seeing others do it, it's pretty tight getting it all to fit without any stick hitting the others during operation and full range of motion. As of now, people are using the Front Range twin sticks, but Wyatt is working on his own set that he'll hopefully have available soon. Knowing how much of a perfectionist he is, they should be pretty sweet.

I've been lurking on this thread and the thread for 37's for a very long time. I've decided to go the 35 route. Question for you guys. I'm currently running a 3" pro comp lift. I know most people say the ride is rough but with my relentless bumper it's not bad at all and with my sway bar removed the on road manors are pretty good. I've been running my stock uca's for quite a while with no issues and my alignment has been with in acceptable range. I'm running 16x8 pro comp 7069 wheels with -12 offset and 4" back spacing. I'm going from 285/75/16 cooper AT's to 315/75/16 duratracs.tires were ordered today and I will be placing an order through wheelers for camburg uca's tonight.

My question is can I get away with running my stock uca's for a few days until my camburg uca's arrive in the mail and I can get them in the truck. She will not be wheeled at all for a while but it is my daily so I can't really have it down and my current tires are shot and I'm sliding all over with my bald 285's. Thanks for any helpful input. Cab mount is chopped and I'll be pullin my flares in the next day or two to start cutting them and the fenders and bedsides.

So again do you guys think that the 315's will clear the stock UCA's for street driving for like a week or so. My current 285's currently clear the uca's by a little over an inch at all times. So I'm figuring with the 315's being a little over and inch wider that the should still clear the UCA in normal driving conditions bc they should only protrude in about .6 inches over what I'm running now.

Thanks in advance for any clarification you guys can give me.

I had stock UCA's on 35x12.5x17 Nittos for months before I got the TC UCA's. Wheeled just fine with them too. :D
