I have that same POS body saw...used it to cut off the factory tow hook in front of the truck...ended up bending and breaking off 3 of the blades. Finished it off with a dremel

Only way to take 4" out of your fenders without chopping through supports killing fender strength.

Talk to me when you have LT, 35s & stock fenders.

Keeping the rears stock? That's what I was thinking of doing.

You need to cut the rears...first flex and you'll kink the hell out of your bedside and pop a flare.

The whole flare? What if I just cut out the inside lip where it bolts to the bedside.

You definitely need to trim the rear and take the same amount off the fender as the flare. When you flex your bedsides will get crushed/kinked and if your lucky you will only break the clips on the flares and not the plastic welded mounting points.

Cut the rear? Nah, you're good! ;) But maybe different suspension components could cause some rub. Still plan on cutting to match the front flares though.

The plan is to trim the fronts as needed and trim the rears at the bottom, Ill see how it goes at flex and see what I want to do. Id like to wait till my HC rear comes so I can match the flare to the bumper

Shit. I kinked my bed sides with 35s when I had 6" of lift in the rear. (Drop bracket days)
