Of the chop or relocation?.. i did not plate the second time i chopped more of since i was playing aroumd before i did the relocation here is the chop but if you do it this way I wouldn't leave such a sharp corner on the inside but would cut it back about an inch from the front to fit 35's:

I'd stay away from these China brand tires, they will bubble, oval or blow out and cause damage to you truck or worst cause an accident. I prefer to stick with name brands.. even if they are not US made at least they will stand by their warranty if you get them from a authorized dealer.
They all look good but are they going to hold up???

Well I've bought new name brand tires multiple times and they always get chewed up on the rocks when wheeling and highway eats them up too. I'm still saving for a set but then I saw these today and was wondering if it'd be a better route to go rather than chewing up new expensive tires since apparently nobody has 16s anymore.... The only 35s for sale around here are all for stupid 20" wheels.

Yeah.. if you have the $$$ and want a China brand tire I'd put them on a spare set of rims and wheel on them maybe but definitely not use them on the road. You save a few hundred $$ but can do $$$k of damage or your life if your on the freeway and God forbid you flip over over or have a bad accident to save a few hundred $$

    True.

However, can there really be that much of a difference? Aren't all tires made in China pretty much?

Just discussing to hear opinions now

Sure, a lot of times they are made in the same factory but it's weird how it works. They have different grade or line of parts. Non name brand are made different with lower standards. .. I know some people that have parts made in China for reproduction and I've heard a little on how it works. Personally even if someone paid me I wouldn't run China tires on the road

If you are looking at them, the you might as well give treadwright a shot. You can pick 4 of them up in houston for less than $650. I will be getting them again.

How do treadwrights handle being aired down? I was reading that that's when you have the biggest possibility of a failure.

Mine did fine when I ran them and that was before they brought out the new bead to bead style. They actually got nice and squishy for me unlike the MTR's. I don't go balls to the wall and slam into sharp objects but the slow crawl never proved to be an issue on the rocky sections where they could be punctured.
