Thanks battle, but going 35 with a 3" lift the cab mount needs to be a bit more cut. Your picture did help me some though

Here's what I was talking about earlier.

    null_zps7d1d52f0_1f9522986e8bdcd8819fd046926f892af607f2ea.jpg

My only frame rubbage, no UCA or LCA contact with my setup.

Also noticed my mid skid was about to fall off the IFS skid lol, 2 of 3 were loose and the last the nut had rattled off and was lone gone and the bolt was just hanging there. Good thing I took that picture!

and here it is as of today, might be hard to tell but that firewall is smashed back a lot, on the driver side I had to beat it back the other way because it interfered with my clutch pedal. Also tore the sheet metal in a few spots, sealed with RTV.

Good eye. Arb snorkels fit like crap.

And who likes to drill holes in their A pillar? My snorkel isn't either, and it is made to fit the tacoma. I had a large stick attack my snorkel hat yesterday and it didnt break anything.

    Yep.
Right on... almost had mine ripped off by a tree yesterday at RC. Rubbed the side of the hat, another inch and I'd be fixing the pillar

However, my taillights and bedsides did not fair as well

So im thinking about going with 35s for my next set of tires, only down fall is I commute 118 miles one way to work. So with that being said, what gears would yall recommend and do any of yall commute with your 35s?

My auto acts like stock with 4:88. 4:56 wouldn't be much of a difference IMO. If you're standard this is different.

I too went from 3:73 to 4:88. 4:88 brings it closest to stock. A little lower I think. Perfect for DD and offroad. I couldn't justify the amount of money and getting 4:56 which still doesn't get all your power back. If you do high speed desert, maybe 4:56 is better for top speed runs. But if you crawl, 4:88 is the way to go

So when you swapped gears did you get new thirds or just swap out the ring and pinion?
