TC spindle gussets? But they sit behind the spindle. I would think the spindle would run before their gusset would. May also depend on the diameter of the wheel? The Allpro gussets rub my tires with a 4.5" offset. I had to pound them to fit. Without them I could easily run 5.25" offset. Any pics of TC gussets rubbing?

The front edge of gusset sits further out then the spindle. There's about a inch or so between rim and gusset so maybe 4.5 would be fine, but close. 5" bs def no fit

Is that right? Jesus wow. I'll definitely need to get 4.75 bs for my new wheels then. Wonder is 4.75 will clear

Those gussets are the no swaybar ones, the ones that keep sway mount might not come out as far?

I think the ones that keep sway bar are are in the way significantly more.

I hear of anyone running the Allpro Spindle gussets having to modify them to clear the tire.
When I did mine I ordered the TC Spindle gussets and cleared my tires with out issue. I think I have pics of both gussets in my build thread...not installed.

I'm running the All Pro Spindle Gussets. I test fitted my wheels without spacers and it cleared. Although that was a fully inflated tire so I don't know what would happen off road. But currently I'm running 1.25 Spacers and it's been fine.

With AP gussets and 4.5" BS wheels I do not clear the gusset, would need appx 1/4"-1/2" additional BS to clear. Their "backbone" is to the outside of the spindle so does not allow as much tuck for the tire. They could be notched and work but I just have a 1" spacer and that works plus it keeps the tire off the frame at full crank.

My Allpro gussets clear 4.5 backspace wheels. And the TC gussets sit way further back out of the way. Apparently the TC gussets will clear 5.25" bs stock wheels.

My AP gussets clear a 4.5" wheel BS no problem. They don't clear a 12"+ wide tire on a 4.5" BS wheel is the only thing.

Yeah my wheels clear the Allpro gussets. But I had to beat the piss out of them to fit a 315/75/16.

Here are total chaos non sway bar spindle gussets, with a 4.5" backspace wheel.

Tons of room between the spindle and wheel. Could probably fit 5.25" backspace wheel

Cool. That might work. What size rim, I run 16, would make a difference with 17.
