I also had to ghetto rig my fender liner with aluminum until I can buy a snorkel.
Don't want any water getting in to that wide open intake.

I don't know much about wheel spacers. Spidertrax any good? 4 wheel parts has 1.25" spacers for $100 shipped.

I think spidertrax makes some high quality parts. I would definitely get spidertrax spacers.

He works at allpro lol. I have the allpro kit as well. After seeing the tc kit first hand I would go that route if I had the money.

Spidertrax spacers are the best in the business IMO. I run 1.25" er's on mine and haven't had any major issues.

    Check the build thread.
I bought this kit before working for all-pro. (Bought in October started All-Pro in December).

I looked at both also and was torn at first. I liked that Total Chaos offered a secondary shock mount but then I realized I would never need it for the purpose of my build. My main selling point on going with the All-Pro kit was the function. All-Pro's kit is higher clearance than the total chaos which was super important to me being I do a lot of trail driving. It is also designed for more trail style driving as apposed to driving fast in the desert. I don't live in the desert and don't drive fast in the desert lol so it truly was a way better fit for what my plans were/are. And hey, after getting it installed and numerous other All-Pro products I sent the owner some photos of my first trip to Moab and he ended up offering me a job - it was a crazy surprise!

Both are great kits, I would just figure out what your end goal is and what type of build you're going for.

Total chaos redesigned their lca for more clearence, now the uniballs cup it integrated into the lower arm giving the TC kit just as much clearence as the allpro kit so that's a moot point now. Problem I have with the allpro kit is the 1.25 uniball in the upper arm, they don't make those in stainless, Only the 1 inch and the 1.5 come in stainless. The TC kit uses stainless 1 inch uniballs in the upper and lower right from the warehouse.

Dont get me wrong, I love my allpro kit. And I got it used for an awesome price. But if I were buying new I would have gone with the total chaos kit for sure, especially now with the redesign.

Here is something I did this weekend that me be a helpful trick for yall stuffin big meats. l trimmed up the rear fender wells for tons of clearance, cutting out the pinch weld. First trimmed them, ground, tacked, ground smoothish and painted. The welding was tough, as the metal is quite thin and there is rubber liner between the layers, which caught flame pretty quick and resulted in a few blowthroughs.

Although it is not fully welded the entire length, it is quite strong. I think if I had given it a little more patience I could have gotten a better weld the length. I also cut the driver side a bit deeper than the passenger which resulted in a bigger gap to fill and it did not come back together as cleanly. I know most of you guys are having more fitment issues in the front pick area, but this could work up there as well. I am going to bedline the whole shebang as well for full weather proofing.
