    yea I've never heard anything about what kind of grease to use in bushings.. I'm sure whatevers in your grease gun will be fine.

    I use Mobile1 in the grease gun - I've got a wacky friend in NJ that swears by it. ;)

    that's their new setup with the 2nd gen swing outs....they got rid of the screw latch on those models...

    i believe they are still running them on the 1st gen & 4runner bumpers though.


    when i was up there in Nov. they were working on a new design of their own... :popcorn: for that...similar to this one, but more mounting options

    Maybe when they come out with the new design you can convert it.

    This has two "teeth" welded to the pillar that the latch grabs onto. The latch is bolted on I believe.
