2nd gen bad coil packs?? anyone have this issue?

    Kenwood DD deck, XD 17in rims, 285/70 firestone destination A/T, ,7in spotlights behind the grill, satoshi grill and color match, rough country lift, seat covers...maybe more cant remember
    apperently my coil packs "B" and "D" are causing my truck to not go, thats what came up on codes. anyone else encounter this?

    I have not on my Tacoma. I have on my Audi. They are easy to replace, just like changing out sparkplugs. I have seen them on RockAuto for around 50-60 dollars each.

    Just swap one of the bad coil packs with one of the good ones and see if it throws the same codes.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    ^^this. i had a bad coil pack and the code moved w/ the pack. it went out around 65k on mine.
