So I've searched, excessively, but have had trouble turning up anything conclusive.

2nd gen running early TRD Baja Bilstein Suspension (650lb coils) good for ~1.75" of lift per Toyota. Original front hub to fender measurements came in at ~22". 140k miles later, she's softened up and measures 21 1/2" Driver Front & 21 3/4" Pass Front.

I'll be installing Bilstein 6112's this coming weekend at notches 9/7 which should net 1.8" of lift accordingly, and take into account the lean.

Are there any other 2nd gen owners running the newer style 6112's with the provided 600lb coils, at 1.8", that can provide hub to fender measurements?

I don't want the truck to really have any more lift than it had when the Baja setup was new. I also don't want to have to tear everything back down after doing it and make any adjustments if for some reason it comes out higher or lower than expected. Obviously if I'm roughly within spec I'm fine. I expect them to be maybe slightly taller, and settle out about 1/4" with time.

My OCD thanks you for your help, haha.

Updating if anyone else finds themselves in my situation.

Maybe I got confused and the TRD Baja/Pro Bilstein's only gave 3/4" of lift, not 1 3/4"... Anyway, here we go.

Got everything installed this weekend. New Beck Arnley OEM style UCA's (which I can say look identical to OEM Toyota), sway bushings, endlinks, KYB upper strut mounts, and Bilstein 6112/5160's.

Setting the perches at 9/7 for 1.8" of lift resulted in initial hub to fender measurements of roughly 23.5" DF and 23.75" PF. Much taller than I wanted, making the truck sit slightly nose high.

Setting the Bilstein's 6112's to notches 7/5 for 1.2" of lift initially came in at around 22.5" DF and 22.75" PF hub to fender in the front right after installation, prior to driving it around.

After driving around last night and today, and allowing some settling of the springs and the new upper mounts, the front measures at ~21.75 DF and 22" PF. This is using a small level as a straight edge and a tape measure. So, if installing these with new upper strut mounts, between the rubber isolators compressing and the spring settling, thats 3/4" of settling after only maybe an hours worth of continuous driving.

Seeing as new Baja/Pro trucks measured at 22" hub to fender of front lift, that was my target height. I also restored what I lost prior to the install. With worn isolators and lower front shock bushings the truck measured at 21.5" DF and 21.75" PF.

Each notch on the 6112's looks to be 1/4", which seems to translate to 1/2" of height difference on the truck. So if you were to set them at 8/6 for 1.5", I would expect measurements to be around 22.25 DF and 22.5 PF.

Edit: Alignment today, got the OEM skid plates back on too. I noticed the front upper shock bushings (rubber spacers) were no longer as compressed as they were when I finished installing everything. I assume this is from the rubber isolators in the new upper shock mounts compressing with driving. So I re-tightened both front upper bolts down. Factory nut is 17mm, New Bilstein is 18mm nylock nut. Got them torqued to 20ft/lbs. Re-measured hub to fender up front and I'm 22" DF and 22.25 PF. Right where I wanted to be.
