2nd gen bumper cover on 1st gen?

    It’s just like people putting 4th gen Dodge Ram bumpers on their 2nd gen dodges back in 2016. Don’t understand that crap at all.

    Count me amongst the naysayers. Different strokes and all that, but I also don't get it. It doesn't match the lines or style of the truck, just looks like a big plastic bubble stuck on front, like some cheap JC Whitney body kit on a Civic or something. I also don't think it looks particularly clean, to be honest. Look at the gaps. I bet it's held on by zip ties and flops around on the highway. o_O

    It's unique. Doesn't look to bad but if I'm going to spend that kind of time and money on a bumper. I'd rather it be some armor. ARB or some brand of front plate bumper.

    DUDE, what needed to be done to mount it to the 1st gen? I can see where you cut and did some work to shorten it but the mounting part though.
