It's not urgent. Feel free to follow up here sometime. From the post it sort of sounds like you're satisfied with the URD stage 2 clutch.

    yeah. Pretty much.

I’m not done yet though. Because 1. I still want to do 2LO Mod (via FJ case)
    and 2.
As good as I want my HydroTOB to be, it seems kind of finicky. I may need to Tilton convert.

after all. TOB setup is a part of the clutch system. It partly controls engagement and how that feels.
So if the TOB is not well sorted then it doesn’t matter what the rest is.

Makes sense. I have the @Kasbien -sourced Tilton HRB kit in my possession but haven't installed it. At 84K miles my 6MT does need a clutch. I'll probably just go stock clutch / flywheel.

I have the nice electronic 2LO after-market mod, it works great.

I've been thinking about getting a crawler box, which is ridiculous becuase I don't crawl and never plan to spend the ~$10K+ needed to get the sort of crazy articulation and huge tires etc. needed for good crawling. I just like the idea of having an ultra-low gear range "in case I should ever need it." Not Marlin, I would do NWF "EcoCrawler." But probably won't because it requires replacing both drive shafts, sourcing a donor T-case to harvest the planetary, etc.
