    Hopefully he is ok. Shit happens daily, and for all we know, he may be in some predicament that supersedes getting frame plates out to loyal customers. Maybe if someone here knows him personally, they may be able to fill y'all in on what the situation is. Thus far, he has been very reputable, I doubt that has changed.
