Did you lower them? Thought you were higher when you installed? I like mine lower....that's what skids are for! :D

I updated my numbers. If my math is correct I am pulling 3.75" of lift on the front. Weird because I only did 3 turns on the passenger side and 5 on the drivers side

    1.5-1.75 left. eyeballing

    Note I went from a 17 inch wheel to a 16. 285/70/16 Duratracs
7 cranks per side. Pickup is now dead level on bed rail.No Nose down or Bro lean.
Drove it for 1 month stock Icon set. Much better up 7 and level.

I've been following this thread for the past couple of days as I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of ICON's, non reservoir with low speed valving. I live in Florida where we have little to no options for good trails, especially the high speed versions, so I don't think I have need for the reservoirs and normal valving. I was wondering if anybody on here has any final words of wisdom before I order. Yes my truck is going to be used mainly on road so this set up is probably overkill. But if I'm going to spend the money to lift it without jeopardizing the ride, I might as well get quality components the first time. I'd love to hear some input on this from you all who actually run these components. Thanks!!!

Your thinking correctly. Stage 1 will be good for you

Stage 1 and keep little preload on the front (enough to level) and you'll be happy!

My truck rides like a caddy through the front but has enough valving (firmness) to handle ANYTHING I throw at it!

I have glasworks fenders so I'm not sure what to take my measurement from. Maybe from the ground to bottom of the side mirror?

What size fenders do you have? I'd love to find a set of 2-3" flares

White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
I installed ICON rezzy 2.0 rears and rezzy stock travel fronts last weekend.

I too live in South Florida but went with standard valving.

My truck is a 2010 DCLB TRD prerunner. TSB rear springs.

I did not accomplish the measurements from the wheel center to fender, I took bedore and after settings from the ground to the fender line split on the fronts, and top edge of the mudflap in the rear. These points provided consistent places to measure from.

With 30k miles the oem settings were with a full fuel tank

    RF 33 1/2"
    LF 33"
    RR 28 1/2"
    LR 27 11/16"

With ICONS installed as delivered, no other changes, same fuel amount.

    RF 36 1/4"
    LF 35 9/16"
    RR 28"
    LR 27.5"

After winding out almost all preload in the front, this is where I have it currently.

    RF 33 3/4"
    LF 33 3/4"
    RR 28 1/4"
    LR 27 3/4"

The truck is settled less nose low than oem. The ride is similar to oem over bumps but has better damping control. The firmer than oem springs (ICONS are 650 lb/in) has the truck corner almost flat with the oem swaybar hooked up.

Once the BAMF sliders are installed, I plan to pull all the suspension arm bushings to apply corrosion proofing, hopefully get a set of Camburg ball joint upper arms installed, then reset the preload / ride height for a more leveled ride height. Finally realign it.

Non rezzy setups are no doubt an easier install. I did speak with ICON about the non rezzy setup. The fronts do have an IFP to keep the suspension fluid and nitrogen separated. The Tacoma rear non rezzy shocks are emulsion and mix nitrogen and suspension fluid on account of no IFP.

JPAddict, when you install, regardless of the brand you go with, corrosion proof every fastener. Contrary to what people say, even daily drivers in South Florida get corrosion on the pivots and frames. If you head south and want to have a look before you buy, send me a PM.

They are Glassworks. I'm pretty sure they are 4".

Alright, my turn. Gave it about a week to settle after install.

    2007
Double Cab Short Bed 4x4 Auto
    4.0 V6
    4xInnovation Sliders

    Before with Billies @ 2.5”
Hub to fender Driver: 22 1/4"
Hub to fender Passenger: 22 1/2"

After install, Icon with RR (650 lbs springs and set to 2” of lift out of the box). Also, added Bruteforce Fab Hyrbid Bumper and 60” Hi-Lift mounted on passenger bed rail hoping to help out taco lean.

    1 inch = 25.4 millimeters :p

Driver Thread: 32mm adjusted to 43mm with 5 turns.
Hub to fender Driver: 22 1/2”
Passenger Thread: 31mm adjusted to 39mm with 3 3/4 turns.
Hub to fender Passenger: 22 3/4”

2005 DBL Cab TRD OR. Sliders, skids, apex bumper, 3/4 tank of gas. Icon Ext travel fronts with 700lb spring fronts. Allpro expedition leafs with custom length Icon 2.0 resi rear shocks.

LF & RF: 25.5" (preload= 1.5" of exposed thread on the coilovers)
    LR & RR: 27.5"

Rear should settle a little, plus I only had a hi-lift and shovel in the back at measurement. My recovery box should add some weight to the rear. Has not been aligned, only drove it a little bit so far.
