Everyone knows this is just a battle for second place...

Freeze and Jhodge, because tube bumpers, flame tread tires, diamond plate, and fj rims are terrible

    Right...

    Here's the deal...

It seems that the current majority of voters on here are utilizing atleast a three tier grading model for this contest.

With some variation of the following questions...
    1. Does the truck look good?
    2. Is it capable/functional for a certain purpose?
    3. Is it used in an awesome way? (i.e difficult off-road, etc)

the vote is awarded based upon what value (importance) the voter assigns to the tiers... a truck that meets all 3 is more likely to move on.

Of all these truck in this poll ONLY one meets all three requirements...
    Freeze

the others meet 2 (in any combination) of the required tiers

I think from the very beginning trucks moved along based on their ability to effectively demonstrate that they meet these requirements compare to those they were up against. In early rounds when it was easier trucks could move forward with only meeting one of these wickets. But as this contest comes to a close, trucks must meet all three wickets to atleast take first.

There was only two aberrations to this theory, JDMcompliant and iamrayzian.

Since most of these trucks definitely meet wickets 2 and 3 than the only deciding factor is does the truck look good? IMO Freeze and Jhodge look the best.

You're right he does use his truck for more than the mall... however, I don't think his truck LOOKS as good as Freezes or Jhodges who apparently also don't use the their trucks only at the mall.
