Looking to purchase a newly/lightly used Tacoma out of S.C... Relatively low milage, and can go to 70-80k at the most on the ODO but curious what the pros/cons are of the two. I have some knowledge and sort of an answer already, but want to know what the community knows and in case anyone has a suggestion...
I'm curious to get a 3rd gen that is still under warranty but for less than 35k.
    Thanks!

I currently own both, 07 and 21. I like both vehicle. If I have to pick one, I’ll pick the 2nd Gen because I like the low end torque.

But if you haven’t drive any, which ever gen has a better deal then go for it.

If you're not in a hurry, wait for a nice 2.5 gen that meets the above criteria! (13-15)

    12-15;)

14&15 would be the best years so they say. I had a 10 now an 11’

As mentioned, look for a good deal and take your pick. Check for rust!!!

Will do! I currently have a 2011 TRD OR with the magic electronic brakes, but may look into that! ideally, rust probably won't be too big an issue in SC (at least that's my train of thought lol)... Would a 2020-2023 be a good option if the right one presents itself?
    Thanks!

I say get a 2020-2023 Tacoma with the LED headlights option for the off-road or an Trd pro.
