    Exactly -- same here!

    I un-installed my powered slider for a few weeks to do some design work on the new version and it was such a shock to suddenly not have it powered. I couldn't believe how used to having it I had gotten! Now I have the prototype for the new design installed and I open that sucker even when it's raining :D

    Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
    AC, passenger side, never seen or heard of one opening towards the drivers side, would be pretty stupid and kind of a pain in the ass to open.

    I noticed that the bottom slide channel for the window is cut in both directions. The window could go in either direction and looks like the only thing that determines one way or the other is which side the latch is on. Makes no sense to me

    Winch, front hitch, step bars, bed extender, bed step, gull-wing toolbox, tailgate lock, security system, cb radio, etc.
    Your description ("slider that opens towards") is somewhat open to interpretation. That could easily mean a window that slides one way with the opening on the other.

    For example, on my 2012 double cab, the rear window slides towards the passenger side leaving an opening on the driver's side of that sliding window. I interpretated that as sliding towards the passenger side (option 3 in the poll), while another (focused on the opening) could just as easily say the opening is on the drivers side (option 4).
