2nd gen request, need a measurement -help-!!

Hi everyone, hoping someone could help with a quick measurement. i need a accurate measurement of one of the rectangular holes in a frame from a second gen.

i understand the factory has been plugging these holes beginning in '13, i am wanting to order these plugs for my 04 that i just pretty much did a body off restoration on. while putting it together i thought it would be nice to plug the frame hole particularly in the wheel wells- i can picture the road salt streaming in.

toyota p/n 90950-01987 seems to be the plug, i just want to be sure the rectangle holes in the second gen is the same size as the first gen. i just cant find a measurement anywhere.

what would be wrong with something like gaff tape over the hole?

do you know if all the frame plugs are the same size on the 2nd gen? if so i can pull one out and measure for you.

 

Nothing wrong with tape. Right know I've aluminum taped the holes. But I like like the idea of a nice plug.

The hole I'm looking for a measurement is plugged with part number 90950-01987 in the pic below.
