    I wonder if a factory roof rack from a second gen will fit a third gen double cab. Anyone know?

    Don't see why it wouldn't, I'd imagine Toyota would want to minimize cost, the cabs are the same, just wondering if the pre existing thread holes are still there underneath, etc.

    Looks like it does, check this thread a few 16's with them from factory.

    The 2016 model is stronger.

    They all fit interchangeably.
