I have a bone stock 2010 DCLB with a shaky wheel at low speeds, only when driving straight. The best way I could describe it would be that it jerks to the right incrementally and it speeds up as the truck accelerates almost like the front right wheel is catching on something at a certain point but with no noise. I had an alignment done a couple of days ago but the problem is still there. My tires haven’t been rotated in awhile and need to be replaced. Ball joints and tie rods are fine as far as I can tell, though I haven’t put the truck in the air yet. I also take the truck off road whenever I have a chance so something could totally be broken. I don’t feel safe driving it until I know what’s causing the issue so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Tires could be out of balance. I would replace them since it’s time.

You’d think the a reputable alignment shop would NOT do an alignment if the tie rods are worn.
The ball joints too, but they aren’t as “easy and quick” to check. So they can be over looked some times.

Do you have the before and after alignment specs?

Have you tried swapping the tires from front to rear to see if the shaking changes ?
