Evening gents. I have the opportunity to purchase a 2013 access cab Trd sport with the Trd factory supercharger. 113k miles. 6spd manual Ironman 3inch lift with UCA. Seller is asking $22k. I feel like it’s a fair price, but want some input before pulling the trigger.

Sounds fair in the current market.
Check the frame, and 4WD system.

Take a scanner and see when the codes were last cleared.
Ask about engine maintenance too. You can’t ask too many questions when making a big purchase.
    Good luck buddy

The obd system tells you when the last time code(s) were cleared?

The SC adds nothing to the KBBV. If you are getting a loan, think about this .

What is the value of that same truck minus the SC?

Find out that and offer a bit above what Kelly thinks it's worth.

Of course, if you are worring about others swooping in and grabbing it, you might offer more .

    Please report back.

A lot of vehicles it will. I haven’t really checked on the Tacoma.
I just assumed it does. To be honest, I have not had a reason to hook a scanner to my truck.
    Hope I never do.

I only hooked a scanner to my truck once, just to see if there were any TPMS codes. And that was just to appease my curiosity. My light has been on for years. My brother got a scanner capable of reading ABS/TPMS. Mine has 3 sensors not working.

Some do some don't, I can't recall if Toyota does or not (I believe it does). At a minimum you can see if all the monitors have ran (all OBD2 compliant vehicles must report this).
