Nice. Don't scratch up all that pretty powdercoat when installing them haha. Naw shouldn't be too hard as long as your truck isn't beat. Took us 6 hours to install them the first time on a truck that was in an accident, but then another customer did them in his driveway by himself in 2 hours!

Haha what did I get, gold or pink? I think ill be fine. Definitely looking forward to both mounts in! Do you need me to pull my trans mount and take some measurements? Brand new 2015, only 2 months from the dealer, i better not have any fuckin' issues LOL, or my ass is going back to the dealer to have a long talk.

Measurements don't help, couldn't get it accurate enough. I would need the whole crossmember and mount to check against my fixture and develop a new one or modify it.

Trust me it's hard enough to make these custom fabricated parts line up to factory bolt holes as is. You have a tolerance of around .005 of an inch for each bolt hole so the stock Toyota bolt will line up and thread in easily. The tranny mount for example has 8 holes that have to line up perfectly. I do not cut and drill these things on a CNC....it's all by hand. Then factor in welding which warps metal. Then factor in factory tolerances from truck to truck which are going to be slightly off. Then add off road abuse and tweaked frames/perches. The only way I can get a part as accurate as possible is to make a custom fixture from a stock part, and build the new part in that fixture constantly checking it as it's being built/welded. Sometimes no matter what you have to tweak a part or slot a hole to make it bolt in no matter how careful you are. One of the main issues besides the above stated, is that Toyota uses that soft, vulcanized rubber for all their mounts. that rubber flexes every which way, so I really have no way to really know which way it flexes as the engine or trans compresses downward on it, or how much it actually compresses. The poly bushing mounts in my parts don't flex hardly at all (which is what you want) but can make it a pain to get holes lined up.

Oh I believe you, brother I know what you guys are doing isn't easy, especially being the only guys around doing it. If i was anywhere near local Id loan my truck out, no problem. I just offered measurements in case it might help getting any preliminary fabbing out of the way before you get to the close up stuff. I know some people don't think its worth it or its too expensive, but I get that we are paying for the R&D involved here too. Again, you guus are doing an awesome service here, keep up the great work!

Probably not until next year. I'm still waiting for VA benefits to kick in for my truck fund lol. Loads of backpay floating around at the moment lol. But yea, worst case, we can do that :D
