I'd be interested possibly in trading for LEDs if anyone really doesn't like them, here's a pic of what mine look like, they're 2013. I didn't know it was an option on the base models I guess? Well, the LEDs were the option, I thought that whoever had it before me just swapped out for older ones lol

I remember when ford first put the chrome in the F150 tail lights.. hated it. First thing i did with my Tacoma was swap led for non led. Now Toyota got rid of the chrome and so has Ford.

    Gauges!

I cannot find anything on gauges. I have the TRD blower and I would like to add an A/F gauge and a boost gauge. Is there any write ups on these? I would also like to see what other people are using for gauges and their mounting locations. Could someone post a link because I tried to search but I cannot find it. Any help is appreciated.

If you do a search for double quick fist mount, should come up with what exactly you're looking for. Mount right onto your rails in the bed.

    Here's one: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/4x-innovations.352657/#post-9489403

That said, my Hultafors axe and Gerber folding shovel fit fine in the storage compartments under my back seats. I prefer to not tempt thieves or bored teenagers.

I like to keep a shackle in my tow receiver, and I know it would've walked off a dozen times if I didn't have a locking pin. Sure, someone could cut the lock if they really wanted to. But when stuff like that disappears it's almost always a crime of opportunity, aka bored teenage boys.

So I am completely new to this so be gentle, I have recently purchased a 2011 pre runner and I have never done much to a car I've owned but I want to start as I intend to keep this till the end. I'm looking to first get a hood with a scoop. I got an estimate from a guy for 1300 if I buy all new parts and for the paint job. He said he would have no trouble if I could find a used one somewhere? then he could paint it. Any suggestions are very appreciated thank you. I've seen a decent looking "add-on" scoop for 160- [IMG]http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Tund...5-/181335226995?fits=Make:Toyota|Model:Tacoma
    any good?
Also any suggestions for good place to go for this stuff in phx/az would be great too, also looking to get new speakers/stereo. Thanks for any help an advance.

That "add-on" scoop looks like crap IMO. Get the real deal. Sometimes members will swap hoods here on the site otherwise check some local scrap yards for a hood.
