Not sure if you can tell but this is how I attach the radio bracket to the cross bar to keep the devices mounted on the Ram mount from vibrating

I've seen some off roaders that remove their fender flares.. Has anyone ever removed the flares, filled the wholes and re-painted the fenders ?
I always ask myself this whenever I see a standard Tacoma w/o flares cuz I think it looks clean..

More often the fenders are trimmed to fit larger tires or replaced with belled fiberglass fenders. You'd want to back up the holes to prevent the filler from popping out.

Do what I did and buy one from Bob's mirrors. I'm very pleased with mine.

Of course holes would have to be welded, filled properly - I was just wondering purely from aesthetic stand point..

Some jurisdictions require that the fender cover the tires if they exceed the wheel well. Just Sayin

I'm terrible at links. Go to the search bar here and type Bob's mirrors. Really good customer service too.

Best mod for my wife so far. Simple headrest handle from Amazon. Pulled the headliner down and found a mount for other models. Marked and drilled headliner and boom, passenger side grab handle.

I went to napa and got some plastic plugs, I think they were for Ford, scuffed and painted body color, they look much better than holes, I'm painting my flares and 2 bumpers tintable bedliner

Nice. I'm welding mine and then wrapping the truck.
