The map lights still have the option to buy. When it says sold out there is no ‘pay now’ option...

I think it would depend on how the letters look in comparison because the sleek simple is really nice, and knowing that "door" and "on" directions without question could be really useful as well, and the details may be a nice touch like that.

Just my opinion. Excited for a restock of them switchable ones!

    Lots of fun stuff
Just picked up a pair and am totally stoked! Can't wait for the dome light to become available again. This is definitely a creative mod... OP is awesome for making these. :bananadance:

Just got mine in. After a blown fuse, trip to the auto parts store to replace, they are finally in. Install is super easy and great fit. I have the tan interior but the gray looks just fine. WOW! These things are super bright! They replaced some already installed LED bulbs. No comparison. Great job!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Easy to do if you stick a screwdriver up there to uninstall the old bulb, esp if the light switch is still set to on.

@mesojdm is it likely you run another combo batch? If not, I’m gonna grab the pure white

Just got the red/white map lights in the mail today. Great looking product I just haven't installed them yet. Need to remove the chrome shield inside but didn't have a pair of pliers on me... I was trying to do it at the gas station on my way to work haha.

@mesojdm thanks a ton dude! Top notch stuff!

Bingo! Minus the screwdriver. Light switch was on, I was trying to hurry cause I was in a hot garage. Set myself up for failure. Note to self: next time pull the car out of the garage, start the a/c, turn light switch “off”.....then proceed with install

Yeah it doesn’t take much. I learned my lesson a long time ago putting an LED in my 1st gen dome light. Killed the fuse and the LED lol.

Used my pliers to pry the chrome insert out. All installed and ready to go. I might order the dome light too in order to match but we will see. A red/white version of that would be mint too.... Hint hint @mesojdm
