Got mine today and installed it. Once it starts getting dark up here again I’m sure it will be a huge improvement over stock.

 

Got the red one yesterday. No install tho, the white one is just fine for now. Why is the back of the red one black but front is gray? I would still buy another one iffin you decide to do some black 2nd gen ones........where the outside is black.

 

Do you have any kind of option for light brightness?

I want the dual LED options, but I don’t want the white to be blinding. I really don’t need it much brighter than stock.

Is this possible, or not yet/never?

 

What is the deal with the Gashole? Holds the gas cap on the lil door?

It’s possible to put a rheostat on LEDs but I reckon it would be difficult to find room for the lever/dial with such limited space.

As many have said, it's bright. Brightness is a personal opinion in how it's being discussed here, but fair to say it's not lacking in lumens. @Naveronski -- If you want an increase in light and you think the oem bulb is OK, then you may want to look at something that sits between oem and this light...just being honest.

But one attribute that really caught my attention is the quality & spread of light. On my 2013 Sport, I can easily see in the small angled cubby hole (the one to the right of the steering wheel when seated) and clearly see everything that's in there. At night, I can tell the difference between two nearly identically colored and sized keys - both laying flat in that cubby. Same thing for the cubby hole that sits behind the cup holders and below the stereo. Every bit of that space is illuminated enough to clearly distinguish the contents.

I also appreciate how the LEDs are recessed within the housing. Since you will no longer be using the oem plastic cover, this design affords protection that was served by that now-removed cover.
