    I had the same problem with my driver side map. I bent up one of the plastic tabs and thus the map light doesn’t sit quite as flush as the passenger side one that went in without issues. It actually kept getting stuck when pressed “on” until I cut the offender tab off altogether.

    My problem was probably due to multiple prior dissasemblies already wearing out the tabs.

    Did you have trouble removing your factory lights? Looks like you have been chewing on the plastic surrounding the light lol.

    I used the same small screwdriver that I popped the lenses off with. Went to each point it's connected to and popped off with a little pressure.

    Take a small pick with a 90 degree bend or something similar. I reached behind them and just pulled down lightly. They all came off without any damage.

    To be honest, I think those marks were from removing the factory lens a while back when I had initially put replacement LEDs. I was using those car audio plastic removal tools, which do not work as well as a tiny flathead screwdriver. It looks worse because of the lighting in the picture than in reality when looking at it in person haha.

    I tried looking thru this thread but damn its a lot of pages.

    Has anyone had problems with popping the 7.5 fuse for dome? I had zero problems with maps but now with dome I am on my 3rd fuse. Did I do something wrong?
