Does anyone know whether camper shells for 1st gen Tacomas are compatible with 2nd gens?

I found a great deal on a used camper shell which came off a 2001 Tacoma; the seller provided dimensions of 64L x 62W so it sounds like it will roughly fit my 5' bed.

At this point I'm thinking I may need some modifications to ensure a proper mount/seal, but I can't find any definitive photos or information to help me determine whether the mounting system is the same or what other hardware I may need.

If anyone can share their experience or insight I'd greatly appreciate it!
