I recently bought a TRD Pro grill for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. The kit came with the grill, LED lights, the wiring harness, and a fuse tap. I am pretty new to wiring so I am not sure what fuse do I have to replace with the fuse tap? I have seen some people use the interior fuses and others use the exterior fuse box. What are the differences? Any help is appreciated it thanks.

Depends when you want them on (all the time, with tail lights, with headlights, or independently switched).

I wanted either all the time or with the headlights. I not too familiar with wiring so if I could know the process for either those two options then I can get and idea of what I have to do.

Is there a way where I don't have to spice into an existing wires ? I was hoping to use the fuse tap and connect it to a certain fuse, I am just confused which one I can use.

If you have the towing package you can use the Towing Tail fuse otherwise you would have to go to the interior fuse box to tap the Tail fuse.

Use an add a fuse and tap into any one of the fuses in the interior panel. No splicing or anything. That way, if the truck is on then the lights are always on.
