Phone connects, Alexa auto connects, iPad connects. Shows playing cds. And Searches for radio stations ... but no sound.

Is there an Amp? Is the Amp integrated into the head unit?

I wanna keep my oem stock radio,

Wtf is going on? Anyone help?

Yes there is a internal Amp. When it goes out you loose your sound. I lost my second HU last year. The first one was covered under warranty. Now I just ride with a blue tooth speaker. Time to upgrade my whole system. Sorry this is not what you wanted to hear.

Yes your correct, not what I wanted to hear. But it helps with making a decision on purchasing another system. Thank you for your help.

You could probably replace the head unit with someones factory unit they removed to put in an after market...My factory head unit has been in a box for years and my wife is always "so...why do you have this still?"
