Do many people have problems with the 2nd Generation Eagle Eyes? Are the orange bulbs just for signals or are the the Daytime Running Light aswell. Is it more cost worthy to do the retro fit instead? Cant really make up my mind and I just want some advice.

Personally I'm not a fan of any of those ebay lights they don't look good IMO. I'd go for the HID retrofit if you have the skill or cash to have someone else to do it. Especially if you want to go HID anyways.

Are there any shops that do retro fits?

Out headlights are so big and has plenty of room which makes retrofitting a walk in the park. Pick up a spare set of headlights for cheap and do it yourself.
