No, I had the 37 on my swingout for a while. After I ran the fender tubes to the bumper and then to the frame, it made it very solid. The swingout does not flex or shake front to back at all. Even without that it was fine. I had slid back into trees several times and had the truck resting on the spare tire.

Well that is just fricken awesome! There are times when I get steering fade and need to let it cool off for a bit. And this is with a power steering fluid cooler.

I'm in the same boat. Got tired of waiting on the Mar rack and I don't think the solo tundra rack will fix that issue either.

How is it bending? What ram did y'all use I was looking at trying to adapt a single ram arm in addition to the tundra rack. I found a through steering shaft orbital valve for dirt track race cars that could be used with a rack.

Under load the shaft will bend upwards causing tires to toe in. We have since added a slide through delrin bushing mounted to the frame to help combat this. We are using a trail gear 10" ram with steering stops to keep from over extending the CVS. Next we are looking into seeing if a little bigger psc ram can fit. What's the link to the steering shaft orbital valve?

So with the ifs there is enough movement to cause the ram arms to deflect and bend? Is that correct?

Yes that is correct. A custom built ram would fix it but that gets kinda pricey.

That's my only thing is if the tundra rack could handle something like a ram assist. But the racks they use for dirt track racing aren't as beefy just don't know what the internal gears look like as they may be cut differently and can handle the added push and pull. All I know is I'm sick of jumping rack teeth on the stock rack even with 33s.
That's kinda surprising with the orientation of your rod ends is it looks like you've got them in good alignment with the LCA bolts and so they can rotate with the suspension movement. Hmmmm has me thinking of reaching out to Clay Hollingsworth and see what he runs on the outlaw rock bouncer buggy for a ram and his ifs set up and how he combats that stuff.

i believe he is running a howe rack and pinion (4k or something like that). the ram length is perfect just needed extra support.

Nope, I cut, tubbed, hammered and relocated everything that it rubbed. The only rubbing in that picture was the rear tires on the shock body because I have the bamf shock towers and I don't want the rear end any wider. The rubbing was even minimal there.
