    Problem:
    • Engine will crank but there is no spark. I bought the truck from an old man who said the truck died out on him at a traffic light and never got it running.
    • Tested all fuse, distributor plug and ICM plug for continuity and they are good.
    New Parts:
    • Crankshaft positioning sensor
    • Distributor
    • Spark plugs & wires
    • Fuel pump
    • ECM
    • ICM
    • Battery
    Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have replaced a lot of stuff without actually testing.

Are you ABSOLUTE there is no spark?

Is there fuel supply? If so, what is your fuel delivery pressure to the rail?

How have you tested for your alleged no spark condition?

Do you have access to a scanner? Check your ECT (engine coolant sensor) parameter information display. What does it read?

Any codes? If so, what are they?

These are all very basic start points but they need to be determined in order for you to proceed properly without replacing a ton of items which do not need replacing, saving you money in the process.
