I support this message. I would like to have one one day but I’m not in a position to dump 250 beans in the truck right at this moment

I will speak with the machinest and see what he thinks, after we get the first run made. Just curious, are you dead set on aluminum for any specific reason? By the way it sounds there are quite a few plastic Tooters out there with no issues.

No worries. I plan on keeping an active list after the first batch is made. My image is to run a batch or two a year, or as demand requires. Just let me know when you're ready to pull the trigger.

The exact material is nylon, the same material tooter's was made from.

Well, I have the spacer in my possession and it looks amazing! All the surfaces are smooth and chamfered, and it matches the intake shape perfectly. The o-ring gasket fits exactly as it should, OEM perfect. We will have zero issues with this product. However, I did have an issue today trying to find hardware to mount it up tomorrow. I didn't realize the intake was mounted using studs, not bolts. Not a huge deal, but nobody stocks metric all thread where I live. And nobody even had the right length bolt for me to get in place of the all thread. So, I had to get online and order some. Minor setback. They should be here Monday, so I will have to wait until next week to install the spacer. But, I have no doubt it will work perfectly without issue. And once that is determined, we will start filling orders.

On a side note, all hardware has been purchased today. I currently have (or have on order) enough hardware and gaskets for 20 spacers. There are currently 16 interested, so that will leave 4 extra.

Thanks bud, this thread somehow escaped my attention.

@tjhall36 .. make me a firm tentative on serial #17. I want to review the data on this tomorrow, before fully committing...
