Hey OP when you put your engine back in the truck did you have a hell of a time getting the passenger side mount to line up? I've been trying to wiggle that son of a bitch in there for the last couple hours

I doubt the OP will respond. He hasn't logged on since before Thanksgiving. @05Taco4x4 might have some info/insight.

I had the mounts swapped at first, caught it before install (correct way looks funny). I didn't have a problem installing.

Ok so here's the issue I'm having the drivers side goes on easy, but the passenger side is just that bit out, the engine leans a bit to the passenger side ya? I can't quite remember. I didn't take the mount off the block I just undid the nut on the stud when I pulled

Idk man, I had it hanging with the cherry picker. Dropped down until driver side touched and started a few threads, then lowered until passenger side was good and installed that one- went back and tightened driver’s side.

Well I don't know why but I stopped getting updates from here when someone posts. Update after a little over a year from getting the truck. I have been busy as hell but I thought you guys might like to know everything has been running great! I have put about 3k on it since the rebuild and no issues.

Now I have been helping a friend do a motor swap in his Mini Cooper, and we now have an extra supercharger........

Its pretty small but he was getting 20psi out of it on that little 1.6L. I have been having horrible thoughts of putting it on my Taco. I figure if I could get even 7psi out of it that be a good boost.

Wonder if the corolla charger could get fabbed up to the 2.7? One for sale here for $1900.

hmmm well I could always put a smaller pulley on it. Id need to buy one anyway. I think its just a matter of some math and weather or not it can even flow enough air

Truth. Just wonder how much fabrication it'll be to hook the s/c to the intake and still be in line with the serpentine.
