I picked up some black lugs from member "treyfaccone", they arrived today. Had the 2 tires just mounted on the rims. No valve stems yet, so not aired up either obviously.

Here's a pic of a 32" KM2 tire, on a Cragar 8 rim, with some black lugs on said rim, taken with a craptastic cell camera. Its way exciting.

2 more tires. 2 more rims and 1 set of gears away from being able to get the 32x11.5x15 show on the actual road, so a lot. Want to throw the no-slip in to, but I need those 3 (well, 5) things first and foremost.

Posted about it in the TENN thread, but for here as well, Talked with Brute Force Fab last night about my front tube. Sounds pretty close to being a completed item. Billy said it sorta resembles what he is currently running on his truck (without the hoops).

Would prefer to just do gears/locker at the same time. Since the 3rd is out anyway. Work smart, not hard. If I really want the locker after I got the cash monies for the remaining rims/tires/gears, I shall have the locker. I have ways.

Never thought about it before, but el trucko has been built totally with cold hard cash, no credit debt here.

Smart fellers. We should all hang out sometime or something....touch each others dirty taco's.

Get this little makeover complete sooner than later and I seem to recall Levi saying that The BadLands would be a place of good times. Might have to make a trip of it.

Was going for Indiana. Said Indy. :anonymous:

Will you 2 keep your eyes peeled of for a set of 4.10s/4.30s for the 8.4" for sale in your necks of the woods. TW and Ohio Craigslist haven't drummed up much.

Yeah, saw it a few days ago, haven't looked deep into it like I was going to. Seems like they are kinda forcing those who want to buy gears, into buying master install kits for around $170 also. You guys know what I do, I can get the same "install kit" parts for a fraction of their "sale" price.

Was going to call and see if they'd wave the install kit at all, but I've not gotten around to it.

Haha, that it is. It's actually really cool though. They are called "A frame" homes. It's really huge inside. They've owned it since I was a young teen and they live there now permanently. It served as a "2nd/weekend getaway home" for the family for years before that. My dad also bought the lots on either side of him and the power company owns the 1 behind it, no neighbors, ever.

There is 3 levels under that "roof" all connected with spiral staircases.
The very top window...is the loft. My dads "man room" in essence. Computer, bathroom, closet up there.
The 2 windowns down is the "main" level. The 2 windows go to a bedroom, then goes out into a kitchen then flows out into the family room.
The "underground" part would be visable if you walked around to the back. They turned the whole bottom into their bedroom area.

Rachael and I also put in an offer on what would be our 1st real free standing home this weekend.
