Thanks yo, the idea started somewhere though...can't remember.

I'm glad you said something about the light output. The flashlight I had at Harlan. It puts out only 1/3rd of what these lights are rated to, for a single LED chip. I wasn't looking for anything stupid insane and will definitely get out after dark and take a good series of different lighting combos.

I went with these lights based off the reviews from Amazon, heres a couple, especially as it relates to the light output. All from different reviews.

I put 2 of these on my Suzuki V-Strom. They are bright!!! Maybe too bright if you are riding with oncoming traffic.
These are so awesome on my KLR 650. Lights everything up with white bright light. Well worth the low price.
Probably too bright for the street, but really nice for off road. I love them so far, I only hope they last a long time. Seem to be very well built.
They have a good flood, but reach out effectively some 45ft +
These are crazy bright and I got high beam flashed by plenty of cars on my first night outing and that's never happened before.
Very bright as an high beam only pisses off all who see it even in daylight. Not a spot light, sees the trees, great dirt bike light.

Love that last comment, I was sold after that. And they were like $30/ea. Hoping they light it up pretty decent.

Next week sometime. Switches will be here first, fuse block will be last. Some wiring and time after that.

I guess I could always hot wire em off a jump pack for a minute to get an of idea their brightness.

Yeah, caught on to that one and brought a set of alligator clip wires home. Power wires from the lights won't reach to the battery.

I said jump box cause I used the jump box at work to light them up for a quick second.

    Brain farts.

Thanks! Their not as bright as some of the more expensive lights, happy with them for being $30/ea lights however. Probably upgrade down the line.

    From this weekend at LBL.

I really need my Brute Force (custom) Front to get done and shipped!!!!

    Right on!

Trying to get everything rounded up within 3-4 months and do a large, 1 time install, of everything. I also plan on hacking off that low hanging cross member in the very front when I get the Brute Force front.

That's a great idea. I literally just put my tires on my stock wheels with some spacers so I can't justify the expense of the 32-33's (can't decide) w/wheels yet but that's in the back of my mind constantly. I can't stand the power loss off the 31's.
