:goingcrazy::crapstorm: DAMMMN, WTH happened???:confused::confused::notsure: Earlier I was getting ready to post some spots/areas I know and have been through for you 2wheel guys, logged off of the forum because I got too tired for some reason (i.e. lotta shi* going on in my head right now), log back on at around 1:30am (thereabouts) and started doing some catch-up reading :pccoffee:.

Soooooooo, anyways, there are some trails I know that are most definitely 2wd friendly:
Mason Truck Trail (Oriflamme Canyon) - If you start at the actual "trail head" and go from "top to bottom" (78fwy to the S2) then it is most definitely 2wd friendly. If you start from "bottom to top" (S2 to the 78fwy) then I hear it can be challenging in some parts? I've been on the trail 2, maybe 3 times now and never saw any indication that it would be hard going from bottom to top? Just telling you what I've heard and always did the trail from top to bottom. Anyways... a very fun trail for sure. NOTE: there is a trail near the "top" near the trail head that is called Rodriguez Truck Trail and there is supposedly a rock garden that you eventually come-up on? A friend of mine recently told me that there is an actual "alternate route" around that rock garden and you can easily continue onward??? To play it safe, I would just stick to the Oriflamme Canyon as I cannot confirm that myself. (see pics of Oriflamme Canyon and a small vid clip that I did as I was going through it). That video clip is pretty much the WHOLE trail!!! Very beautiful view and just a simple fun trail. Btw, there is a gate that looks like it is "locked" and ALL of the times I've personally ever been there, it was never locked!!! So, just open it, go through it, and close it like how you found it!!!

    Then there is:
Santiago Peak - I've always started by taking Maple Springs Road (NOTE: trail head starts at Maple Springs Visitor Center) and then to Main Divide. I don't have any annotated maps to post. Most definitely a 2wd friendly trail, BUT, there are some areas where the dirt/rock is EXTREMELY LOOSE!!! Just know that!!!

There are a few other trails, but I'll leave it at these for now.

I have to get working on my back bumper next week. The broken plastic back there is starting to bother me even though it looks better now without the chrome.
