If you aren’t off-roading, they are perfect for steps. They bolt onto the cab and not the frame. They are a solid quality product, made from steel, so they can provide a little bit of protection but they are primarily meant for getting inside your cab.

Weld on is a different story.

285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. BulletPoint Taco Bar with stubby CB mic holder and two-way FRS/GMRS radio holder. Uniden PRO505XL 40 ch CB. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders. Garmin Mini Dash Cam 2. CMC by Milogen Fabrication.
Thanks. I just looked them up $175. I'm guessing I would get more travel with the 887's set at zero on the 5100's.

More travelo_O.... no that comes from extended length shocks. This just keeps you from squishing your spring until the coils almost touch each other.. there is suppose to be space in between each one to absorb something. By squashing it like that, you kill your ride quality and the shock works harder because the spring can't compress any further, results usually in premature failure and breaking something really important

Thanks. The ones I am interested in are the bolt-to-frame, not the steps. I can't recall which member on here had them, but he had pics showing they were secured to the frame. Those are the ones I was thinking about.

Cool, didn’t think they sold frame bolt ons, but if that’s the case then those will be fine.
