    I know, I know... all I have are sundays free and I find it difficult to move off of the couch. The other 6 days are spent working like a dog trying to keep head above water.

    Yah, I hear ya. Two kids and a job where customers are busting my balls more than normal and I don't have much left in the tank for the weekend. I want to go out but am very mindful of leaving the wife alone with the kids.

    Pool season is starting :cool: makes for a busy time of year. The shoulder is not helping the situation is the main problem. Getting better, but it's slow going.

    Mine son would be along for the ride...
    Maybe a Sunday lunch meet up or something could happen. Not looking to make a full day out of it. Or a park meet up some place, the kids could run around and get on each others nerves.

    Thanks, :thumbsup::hattip:
    A few more months and should be around 95 percent. Going on a year or so now. Don't ever fuck up your rotor cuff or dislocate your shoulder. Shit hurts and takes forever for it to function properly.

    My dad was in an accident a few years back, took the impact right in the drivers side door dislocating his shoulder.

    I know how gnarly that recovery is firsthand, keep on keepin on it'll pay off in the end

    I just had a major shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago. They said almost a year to get back to 100%. Torn labrum repaired, bicep tenodesis, bone spurs cleaned up, partial rotator tear, some work at the AC joint cleaned up. Glad to hear your making progress, albeit slow

    Yuck... hope you recover well.
    Mine was got dislocated with a 3mm tear in the rotator and ligament/tendon issues. Stayed that way for 7 months, because xrays and MRI said it wasnt dislocated according to the doctor.
    I fell a few months back and landed on the back side scapula and popped it back in. Frozen shoulder is gone, but being pinched for that long cause muscles to severely weaken..

    Are the first doctors being held accountable in any way? Who's picking up the tab? If you get down to San Diego, let us know. Also, by the time we do Red Canyon Trail for an over night stay in September "ish", I hope you're good enough to go. It's a smooth trail and 2WD friendly. Only one spot required 2WD's to get some momentum and a correct line, but it can be done in one shot.

    No one is being held accountable for anything.... how do you fight something you fixed yourself. I just move on and not waste anymore time with useless doctors and copays.
    Hope I can get the shit together to fix the truck and get out more.

    Damn you had a lot of damage in there. Mine was a combo of long term damage and a recent fall at work. Doc is trying to avoid frozen shoulder. Let's me out of the sling 2-3 times a day and let's me walk with it swaying by my side. I can make a deliberate walking motion with the shoulder. PT at the 5 week mark possibly.
