    oh wow i thought you had surgery. with that tear you gotta be real careful going forward if you dont get it repaired. keep up on the therapy at home and keep those scaps strong. you never wanna do surgery but if you need to and you're young, dont delay it too much. the worse it gets the worse the surgery will be.

    haha no clue. i'm mid-30s and work a physical job. plenty of heavy lifting left. gonna take my time with recovery for sure!

    Oh yeah doc said if I was in mid-late 40s he probably wouldn't do it. Can't wait to get my truck out to the dirt again! Watching everyone enjoy the desert right now is driving me nuts
