I dont understand why anyone would waste their money on one, its basically a lifted car. A prerunner cant do anything, its incapable of doing anything other than picking up groceries and driving to the mall. Such a waste of a truck:D

With that being said, here is my new 4x4 FJ Cruiser in all white, with a roof rack, locking rear differential, backup camera, factory sub, atrac, parking sensors and all the other nooks and crannies. I really love the vehicle. Ive been looking for about 3-4 for this EXACT FJ and I couldnt find it anywhere. Two weeks ago Toyota of Orange told me they had one coming from overseas and offered me dibs on it. It came in yesterday morning and they called me and told me to come check it out. They knew I REALLY wanted the vehicle, and that it was rare to find that exact one, so I figured they werent gonna drop the price. MSRP was just shy of 33k and I paid 28.1k with a free extended warranty and factory alarm system. My trade in was only 10 months old so the I was [obviously] upside down but Im happy I made the trade, Im really loving this thing as is my wife.

I dont plan to offroad this much. FUture mods include tinting the front windows, HIDs, swapping my old Mojaves onto it, and getting some stock size BFG ATs.

    Nice SUV (lol!)!!

But, really that rant is all back-assward. You bitch about 2wd trucks, then go around to buy a 4x4, and say you're not going to wheel it much... meaning that you're using it as a 2wd?

I'm confused. Like, not trying to be sarcastic, but I don't get it!

Anyway, congrats on the new purchase, and getting just what you wanted.

I hear you won't get a lemon at Toyota of Orange. :D

it was an allusion to the many "2wd Vehicles Suck" threads that we have on here. Calm down. I got a 4x primarily for the snow. I go up alot. Hopefully I'll be going to Tahoe and mammoth this yr too, so the 4x4 will definitely help. This time around I realized that ID rather pay the xtra 1.xk and have the 4x4 for when I do need it.
