Have you called junk yards? Between the Tacoma 4Runner and fj you have a better chance of finding local

?? There is no locker, it's an open diff, or are you talking about the add?

From the reasurch I've done you can harvest the front diff and cv axels from the 4th gen 4Runner v6or Tacoma.
Front drive share needs to be from a Tacoma unless you want to modify the 4Runner(it's Leingth is different than taco because of the center limited slip).
    The transmittion can come from a 4gen 4Runner v6 or Tacoma v6 (A750F)
    Tcase from an auto fj
As for wheel bearing/hubs, go with nj636 or bamatoy1997 they both build hub assemblies on here.
The tranny cross member I've herd some use the stock 4x one, others say it needs to be cut and welded?!? Idk
Rear drive shaft needs to be modified, the 4x one had the carrier baring in a different location so it's better to get a shop to modify

rockauto has CV's for a fair price, they have an option for upgraded boots.

All pro 3 link SAS kit, Diamond axle, kings on 37" MTR/K
Don't forget that the 4runner trail edition also has a manual t-case, but odds are you will probably FJ t-case first and cheaper.

if using the stock system, you'll need the 4wd ecu and plugs/wiring. I'm slowly building a reference list of the plug part numbers and found a place that sells the wire terminals in bulk. the ecu's show up on ebay and not that expensive.
