The tire pressure on tire is recommend tire pressure to get best wear possible out of that ply an tread pattern. It has nothing to do with what kind of vehicle they go on. Your are suppose to choose your tire accordingly. As long as your are within six psi or so. They should last a while.

Mine are doing the same, regardless of pressures I have set. My alignment is dead on as well. It's just the nature of the beast and common with the tires that came on my off-road trd. Just keep rotating them at the proper time.

Do you mean they have heel/toe feathering on the edges?
That's from the tread blocks deforming as they roll/scrub through the contact patch. Sort of normal... Some tires show more than others.
Sport door sticker is 30psi, and you're at 34psi? So, not under-inflation...
You can pull in most Toyota dealers and have alignment checked in about 5 minutes.

Personally, I think you have tires with soft shoulders.

Wow...just spoke to my dealer and he said that is normal with a tire like that because it is aggressive...I repeated the tire again because I thought he heard me wrong...It's like a car tread for crying out loud...pretty much got blown off...Good ole dealers!!!

Just do the chalk test. You'll find your ideal pressure that way.

The pressure listed on the side of the tire is the Maximum rated pressure for its load rating. Not "ideal for tread contact and wear".
